great location many options car parking hotel signage
The location was REALLY great. The breakfast was good. It had many options to pick and choose from for a cooked breakfast.
The car parking charges felt a bit unnecessary. The charges were not advised in advance and warnings were given upon arrival through signage.

peeling paint dirty furniture
The location of the hotel is indeed beautiful.
The state of the room was unacceptable. Peeling paint marred stiff windows. Dirty furniture and stained radiators did NOT meet expectations.

luxury toiletries attentive staff lovely food same menu non existent cleaning far reception
The restaurant food was lovely. The staff were very attentive! I also loved the building itself and the views. The room was immaculate and had luxury toiletries.
The menu was the same, the daily specials remained the same. I thought the room cleaning was non existent. I had to go down 2 floors to get a toilet roll. That was not fun.
